The tenant agrees to give the signing of the lease an amount equal to the first month's rent.
Before the occupancy date, tenant will have to give the amount equal to one month's rent
as a security depot. An assessment of the current condition of the equipment supplied and the
the apartment as such will be found by the 2 parties with a list and photos
will be kept as evidence as evidence attached to the lease.
At the end of the lease, the parties will go around the apartment to see together the state of the
equipment provided and the security depot will be handed over to the subtenant if
everything is consistent with the photos and the list at the beginning of the lease. If there are adjustments, a
neutral person will be able to determine the amounts with support estimates if necessary.
